Lewis-Clark State’s Andre McCowan has been named the Frontier Conference men’s basketball Player of the Week.
The 6’ 4” junior led the Warriors to a pair of league wins last week over Montana Western at home and Montana Tech in Butte.
The Portland, Oregon native averaged 27 points, six rebounds, two steals and one block per game. He was 22 of 33 from the field, including a seven for 11 clip from 3-point range. His 34 points at Montana Tech tied for the second highest single-game total in the league this fall.
