Three people were transported to hospitals following a two-vehicle collision along Washington State Route 128 near Clarkston’s Red Wolf Bridge Saturday.
Washington State Patrol responded to the scene at about 2:15 p.m.
Witnesses reported a red pickup with one occupant traveling westbound swerved into the eastbound lane and collided head-on with a white car carrying three people traveling in the opposite direction.
All three of the car’s occupants were transported to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston for what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries.
The unidentified driver of the pickup was examined on scene, cleared of injuries by medics and arrested on charges of driving under the influence.
The incident remains under investigation. (Washington State Patrol)
