Approximately 950 Avista and 2,850 Clearwater Power customers in Potlatch, Princeton, Harvard, Sanders, Tensed, Emida, Fernwood, Clarkia, Santa, and the surrounding area will experience a power outage starting at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Customers who will be impacted by the outage will be notified by phone or email.
The work will be conducted south of the Potlatch Junction on Highway 95, near the Palouse cutoff Road. Line crews will be relocating transmission and distribution power poles to
accommodate Idaho Department of Transportation road work that will take place.
Motorists will experience intermittent lane restrictions and road closures on Highway 95 near the Palouse cutoff Road on Sunday during the project. Additional lane restrictions and road
closures are possible through March 31st. Traffic control will be in place while the work is being conducted.
