The victim of last week’s fatal crash along the Gifford-Reubens road has been identified as 19-year-old Payton Blasingame of Lewiston.
Idaho State Police say Blasingame was traveling north in a 2000 Honda Civic when her vehicle left the road and rolled near milepost 1. She died from her injuries at the scene. (Lewiston Tribune)
