SPOKANE, WA – KXLY – A former Washington State University football coach fired for not getting the COVID vaccine won’t be able to sue Governor Jay Inslee or Athletic Director Pat Chun for his termination, a federal judge in Spokane ruled Tuesday. According to KXLY, Nick Rolovich sued Inslee, Chun, and the university claiming he was unlawfully terminated for refusing to get the vaccine which was mandatory for state employees.
Inslee, Chun, and WSU filed motions to have the lawsuit dismissed.
With the judge’s order, Chun and Inslee are removed as defendants from Rolovich’s lawsuit.
