LAPWAI, ID – Lapwai Fire crews, along with Nez Perce Tribal Fire, responded to North and South Tom Beall Road at around 4:50 p.m. for a 3-acre wheat field fire. Lapwai City Fire Chief William Skiles says units were on the scene for about one hour. There were no injuries to report.
