Moscow Woman Killed in Collision With Semi North of Pullman

PULLMAN, WA – A 28-year-old Moscow woman was killed in a collision about two miles north of Pullman at 8:47 a.m. this morning. According to the Washington State Patrol, Elizabeth Kahn was traveling northbound on US 195 near milepost 23 when she attempted to pass other vehicles. Her 2017 Nissan Sentra collided head-on with a 2021 Volvo semi in the southbound lane.

The truck’s driver, 51-year-old Cemil Cinarlik of Suffolk, New York, and his passenger, 52-year-old Fahri Colak of Hauppauge, New York, were uninjured.

Seatbelts were worn by all occupants.
