BAKER CITY, OR – Wallowa-Whitman Forest officials have reduced Public Use restrictions to Phase A and Industrial Fire Precaution to Level I. This is a downgrade from the PUR phase B announced July 21 and returned to the original PUR phase A announced July 14th. This change is due to the recent increase in moisture in the area.
