An indecent exposure charge against a Lewiston police officer has been dismissed.
Captain Rick Fuentes, who was charged with misdemeanor indecent exposure in Kootenai County, was ordered to pay a $300 bond as a civil compromise along with court fees and prosecution costs in the case. With the civil compromise ordered, the criminal charge of indecent exposure was dismissed.
Fuentes was charged after an Aug. 19 incident at a Coeur d’Alene hotel where he and three others were allegedly naked in the pool area.
