Jason Frawley is the owner of Rove Fitness at 1026 Bryden Ave and they are currently participating in our 6th 24-hour AMRAP challenge.
For 24 consecutive hours their team of 6, which are all members of Rove Fitness, will be working out and each hour the workout changes based on what the creator sends to our dashboard.
They are currently in 2nd place in the world. With their certified coaches and amazing supportive members, they are trying to make everyone healthier and stronger!
