Washington State University women’s volleyball coach Jen Greeny has accepted an offer from West Virginia University for the same job.
Greeny, who also coached volleyball at Lewis-Clark State, coached Wazzu for 13 seasons, leading the Cougars to the NCAA tournament the last eight years. She compiled a 235-175 record at the Pullman university and made two trips to the Sweet 16, including one this fall.
Greeny leaves the Palouse with 10 total coach of the year honors and has had 10 Cougar players earn AVCA All-American selections.
She takes over a West Virginia program that went 9-22 overall and 2-16 in the Big 12 this past season.
