LEWISTON, ID – Heavy snow will impact portions of the Inland Northwest this week followed by the potential for a wintry mix including freezing rain. The National Weather Service’s Jeremy Wolf says the effects will be felt throughout the Northwest.

Wolf says the first weather system will hit Central Washington at around 5:00 p.m. and then continue to move east.

Following a short break in the weather systems, Wolf says the region will experience even more snow tomorrow.

Wolf says the Lewis-Clark Valley will be affected by the weather systems which will also bring gusty winds and drifting snow on the Palouse and Camas Prairie.
