A Moscow man faces drug charges following a traffic stop late Tuesday night in Idaho County.
According to a press release from the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy was on routine patrol northbound along U.S. Highway 95 near milepost 225 at 10:58 p.m. when a traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle for several violations.
While stopped, a drug sniffing dog alerted on the vehicle. Following a subsequent search, officers discovered more than 4 ounces of marijuana along with scales and paraphernalia.
41-year-old Jesse Heidelberger for felony possession of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
