A Kellogg man has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the shooting and killing of four family members.
In December, Majorjon Kaylor pleaded guilty to four counts of 2nd-degree murder for the deaths of Kenneth Guardipee, his daughter Kenna Guardipee, and her two sons, Devin Smith and Aiken Smith. As part of a plea agreement, Kaylor pleaded guilty to the lesser charges after initially being accused of 1st-degree murder and burglary.
On June 18 last year, Kaylor killed the four, execution style, in the duplex they lived in. The deadly incident happened after Kaylor told police Devin Smith reportedly exposed himself to the suspect’s children and wife.
