Cal Raleigh’s 2-run homer highlighted a 5-run 10th inning as the Seattle Mariners avoided being swept with a 6-1 win over the Toronto Blue Jays yesterday (Wed) at the Rogers Centre.

Mitch Haniger added a two-run single for the Mariners in the 10th.

On the mound, Logan Gilbert pitched well, but got a no decision. The Seattle right-hander allowed a run on five hits with 8 strikeouts over 7 2/3 innings. Andres Munoz picked up his first win of the year with an inning-and-a-third of relief.

The Mariners are off today (Thur) and return home for a three-game weekend series with the Chicago Cubs beginning tomorrow (Fri) night at T-Mobile Park.
