DAYTON, WA—The Washington State Patrol, on behalf of the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office, has activated a Silver Alert for a missing 74-year-old man. Officials say Thomas Baird was last seen at 11:38 a.m. this morning at the Columbia Family Clinic in Dayton.
The alert says Baird suffers from dementia and needs medical attention. He was last seen wearing a short sleeve button down shirt, Levi jeans, and tennis shoes,
