LEWISTON, ID – A 15-year-old Lewiston High School student was arrested this afternoon by Lewiston Police for allegedly threatening gun violence at the school. According to Detective Corporal Cody Bloomsburg, the boy was taken into custody at around 3:40 p.m. after an investigation was conducted regarding alleged messages the boy had sent to a peer in which he threatened violence.
The boy was arrested for the misdemeanor charge of Threatening Violence Upon School Grounds and booked into the Nez Perce County Juvenile Detention Center.
