Authorities searching for a missing Pullman toddler believe the child may have been taken to Mexico by her father Aaron Aung.

According to a news release issued Friday, the Pullman Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation are still looking into the disappearance of 2-year-old Seraya Aung Harmon.

She was last seen May 29 with her father, 21-year-old Aaron Aung of Moscow. Seraya was expected to be returned to her mother in Pullman on Monday following a fishing trip to Montana, but the exchange never took place.

Investigators now believe Aaron Aung likely went to Mexico in a black 2014 Cadillac XTS with an Idaho license plate 1L5147U.

Pullman police issued a warrant for Aung’s arrest Wednesday under suspicion of first-degree custodial interference. Aung is described as having black hair and brown eyes, is 5-feet-9 inches tall and weighs approximately 135 pounds.

Aung could possibly be traveling with 21-year-old Nadia Cole, who was reported missing to the Port of Seattle Police Department on May 29 when she failed to board a flight with family.

To report any information regarding Seraya Aung Harmon’s whereabouts, contact the Pullman Police Department at (509) 334-0802 or the Federal Bureau of Investigation at 1-800-225-5324.
