JULIAETTA, ID – As the Texas and Gwen Fires continue to impact the region, local, state, and federal agencies have come together to provide crucial recovery resources for affected residents. A Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC) will be open on Wednesday, August 7, and Thursday, August 8, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Juliaetta Elementary School Cafeteria, located at 305 4th St.
This center offers a one-stop location where residents can access a wide range of recovery information and services. Agencies on-site include:
- State, County, and Local Governments
- Idaho Department of Insurance
- American Red Cross providing clean-up supplies, damage assessment, health services, and financial assistance
- Department of Agriculture (USDA)
- Salvation Army offering vouchers
- Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD)
- Soil and Water Conservation Districts
Residents are encouraged to stop by the resource center to gather information and receive assistance tailored to their needs during this challenging time. The center is a collaborative effort to ensure that everyone affected by the fires receives the support they need to recover.
