The Lewiston High School volleyball team held off Moscow in five sets last night to advance into the district tournament championship match against Lakeland tomorrow (Thur) night in Rathdrum.
Scores were 25-23, 21-25, 19-25, 25-14, 15-11.
The win sets up a best-of-three championship series tomorrow night against the Hawks for a potential berth into the Idaho State 5-A Volleyball Tournament. The first match is set for 5 p.m. with the second match to follow.
If the team’s split, a winner-take-all match will be played Saturday also in Rathdrum.
