As a part of the upcoming Martin Luther King, Jr. Weekend of Service, a Community Volunteer Fair will be held this Saturday to provide local residents with opportunities to donate their time in 2025 to help local residents and organizations. This is the third year the annual event has been organized by Interlink, Incorporated – a nonprofit based in Clarkston.
The Volunteer Fair will take place from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday at the Valley Community Center, located at 549 5th Street in Clarkston. Attendance is free of charge to the public.
At least ten local organizations will be on hand to explain to attendees what they do in the community and how volunteers can help with their work. Volunteers are essential for many nonprofits and others to deliver the services that so many local people need.
