The Coeur d’Alene Vikings used a dominant second and fourth quarter to knock off the Lewiston Bengals 63-47 on Tuesday night in Bengal Gym.
The Vikings were unstoppable in the paint on both ends of the floor and held Lewiston to just five two-point baskets in the contest.
Caden Symons led Coeur d’Alene with a game-high 22 points, and 19 points from senior Kai Wheeler.
Junior guard Jordan Walker was the only Bengal in double-figure scoring with 10 points.
With the win, the Vikings move to 8-8 overall and 2-4 in Inland Empire League play.
With the loss, Lewiston falls to 14-2 overall and 3-1 in IEL play.
Both Bengal teams will be back at home on Friday night when they take on the Lakeland Hawks 5:30 & 7 PM at Bengal Gym.
