WASHINGTON, DC – (AXIOS) – With a two-sentence notice to agencies and departments, President Donald Trump rescinded his highly controversial order for a “temporary pause” on federal funding. The White House Office of Management and Budget rescinded a memo today that had unleashed major confusion, fear, and anger across the country.
