Junior Sitara Byrd scored 15 points and Senior Mataya Green grabbed a career-tying-high 11 rebounds and the Lewis-Clark State women’s basketball team pulled away from Bushnell 75-49 last (Wed) night in a Cascade Conference Quarterfinal Tournament game at the P1FCU Activity Center.
Sophomore Tatum Brager connected on four 3-pointers and scored 14 points and Junior point guard Payton Hymas added 12 points and 5 assists in the win.
LC improves to 24-5 on the year and will face #2 seed Oregon Tech in Klamath Falls Saturday night at 7 p.m. in the tournament semi-final.
