The Clarkston School District is pleased to announce the issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional school photography services for the upcoming academic years. This initiative aims to partner with a qualified vendor to provide high-quality photographic services for students and staff across all district schools.
Scope of Services: The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive photography services, including but not limited to:
- Individual student portraits
- Class group photos
- Staff portraits
- Sports photography (fall, winter, and spring sports)
Contract Term: The contract will commence on May 1, 2025, and extend through June 30, 2029, covering the 2025-2026, 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029 school years. The selected vendor will be expected to meet all contractual obligations and maintain a high standard of service. The district reserves the right to terminate the contract if the services provided are deemed unsatisfactory or fail to meet the requirements outlined in the agreement.
Proposal Submission: Interested vendors are invited to submit detailed proposals outlining their experience, service offerings, pricing structures, and any value-added services. Proposals must be received by April 15, 2025, and should be addressed to:
