Khalif Battle scored 24 points and Braden Huff added 18 points and 8 rebounds in leading the #8 seed Gonzaga men’s basketball team to an 89-68 win over #9 seed Georgia today (Thur) in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament’s Midwest Region.
The Bulldogs improve to 26-8 and will face #1 seed Houston Saturday in Wichita, Kansas in the second round.
