Idaho drivers could face a fine if caught driving on studded tires in Washington. March 31st was the deadline for removal of studded tires in the evergreen state. Idaho’s deadline is the
end of April, but a quick trip to Costco could land you with an extra bill to pay. The fine in Washington is $137 and the Department of Transportation says there are no exceptions.
