Governor Bob Ferguson has directed all Washington State agencies to lower flags to half-staff to honor and remember Pope Francis. The directive says they should stay that way until close of business or sunset on Saturday, or first thing Monday morning. The Governors of Idaho and Oregon have already brought flags down along with the U.S. flag under President Trump’s orders.
