Metallica’s “All Within My Hands Foundation” foundation in conjunction with the American Association of Community Colleges is distributing $1.5 million to 15 schools. Spokane Community College has been chosen in 2020.
Metallica Scholar recipients receive a scholarship that pays for the first quarter of school – tuition, fees, and books. Some assistance for tools, childcare, and transportation may also be available.
The Community Colleges of Spokane is accepting applications for students seeking in-demand professional technical degrees and certificates from the Metallica Scholar Program through the All Within My Hands Foundation.
Preference is given to students interested in Allied Health Programs, Information Technology, or Manufacturing. Other eligible programs include, but are not limited to Automotive; Aviation Maintenance; CNC Machining; Electrical Maintenance; Network Administration; Pneumatics/Hydraulics; Radiology Technology; Respiratory Care; Surgical Technology; Software Development; and Welding.

Successful scholarship recipients will be notified within two weeks of application.
Applications will be accepted ongoing until scholarship funds are exhausted.
