LOCATION AND TIMES
Saturday, April 30, 2022
12pm-6pm
Riverport Brewery. Clarkston, WA. This event is ALL-AGES.
$5 entry at the door for ages 6 and up.
VENDOR INFO
To rent a table: email lcvrecordswap at gmail.com with how many tables you’d like (maximum of two). All vendor spaces were filled last year, so act quickly. The cost is $40 per table. Tables are 6×3 (or thereabouts).
Please keep in mind that this event is for collectors and fans and is very much *not* a yard sale. You should have a well-curated selection of items to sell. You should be familiar with the items you’re selling and have some understanding of the market around those collectibles.
We recommend pricing your items to sell and not pushing for eBay, Discogs, or other pricing guides high-end pricing, unless you’ve got something appropriately rare or special worthy of top dollar. People will attend this looking for deals and we want you to walk out with cash and not the items you walked in with. You should definitely accept one or more forms of digital payment, such as PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp, but it’s not required. You must accept cash and provide your own change.
If you rent a table to be a vendor, you’re expected to show up at 10:30 am on April 30 to set up your table, stay until the end of the event (6pm) and pack out all your wares. You may not leave early, except in the case of extenuating circumstances. If you choose to help with taking down the tables, we’d appreciate it, but it’s not required.
OTHER INFO
CODE OF CONDUCT
We follow the Bill and Ted philosophy- “Be excellent to each other.” This event is all-ages and families are encouraged to attend. Be polite, friendly, watch your language, and come have fun.
Vendors accept cash, but not all accept digital payment, so come prepared.
Attendees who are over 21 are welcome to enjoy a beer purchased from Riverport at the event.
CAN I/WE COSPLAY?
This event is aimed at collectors and buying and selling. It’s not a convention and our space is fairly limited. That said, we have had folks come in costume to shop and browse and it was pretty cool. Here are our guidelines for cosplay at the event:
1. No overt role playing.
2. No big or bulky costumes. This includes weapons that hang off your person (we’re looking at you, Cloud from Final Fantasy VII).
3. Keep it SFW (safe for work). This event is family-friendly.
4. No real weapons, even if your sword is sheathed, firearm not loaded (and other similar situations).
5. Be kind and respectful of those around you, which goes for everyone, costumed or not.
