Latah County commissioners have ended the Coronavirus emergency declaration.
The decision comes days before Idaho Gov. Brad Little is expected to lift the statewide public health disaster emergency declaration tomorrow (Fri).
Commissioners say Latah County has averaged just six COVID-19 cases per week since mid March, which is the lowest average the county has seen since July 2020, and the county has the support of Idaho Public Health to end the emergency declaration. (Lewiston Tribune)
