GRANGEVILLE, ID – The Idaho County Sheriff’s Office made two felony arrests over the weekend. On Saturday, deputies were on routine patrol on Main Street in Stites at around 1:00 a.m. when they stopped a vehicle for having a suspended registration.
“K9 Millie performed an exterior sniff of the vehicle and alerted. A subsequent search located methamphetamine,” a press release says.
As a result, 39-year-old Adria Armstrong of Stites was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine.
On Sunday, deputies were on routine patrol on US 95 north of Grangeville at around 4:40 p.m. and pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation.
“Matthew Dewey, age 39, of Grangeville, Idaho was arrested on a felony agent’s warrant for a probation violation, and misdemeanor resisting and obstructing, and cited for misdemeanor driving without privileges,” officials say.
