GRANGEVILLE, ID – A 30-year-old Kooskia man was booked into the Idaho County Jail in Grangeville after he allegedly stabbed a man. According to a press release from the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office, dispatchers received a call at around 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday requesting an ambulance for an incident in the White Bird area.
The caller told officials that a male subject had a stab wound and was bleeding badly.
“Idaho County deputies responded to St. Mary’s Hospital in Cottonwood and met with the victim, a 33-year-old male from Grangeville,” the Sheriff’s Office says.
As a result, Michael Mozingo was arrested for felony aggravated battery.
