ST. MARIES, ID – Approximately 197 Avista electric customers in St. Maries will experience planned power outages. Impacted customers will be notified. No road or lane closures are expected during these outages.
From Avista:
The first power outage will impact 45 Avista customers located in the Cassandra Hills area on Tuesday, May 2. The planned outage will begin at 11:30 and end at 2:00 p.m.
The second power outage will be on Wednesday, May 3. The planned outage will begin at 8:00 a.m. and end at 2:00 p.m. Avista customers located on the St. Joe River from Marble Creek north will be impacted.
During these times, Avista crews will be performing maintenance to equipment in the area. Avista is continually updating equipment and infrastructure to increase the safety and reliability of its system.
