JULIAETTA, ID – One person was killed in an ATV crash on Bitterroot Lane in Juliaetta Saturday night. According to the Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office, Nez Perce County Deputies, along with Lewiston Medics, Life Flight, and Nez Perce Tribal Police responded to the scene at around 8:35 p.m. for a one-person four-wheeler crash.
“Upon arrival, Deputies started life saving measures until Lewiston Medics were able to arrive. The driver of the four wheeler was ultimately pronounced deceased at the scene by Lewiston Medics after all attempts were made to save his life,” a press release says.
The Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office would like to remind everyone of the dangers of drinking and operating a motor vehicle or four-wheeler and to always have a designated driver.
