The Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office is launching a comprehensive seat belt enforcement initiative aimed at enhancing road safety and saving lives throughout our County.

Starting Friday, November 17th, there will be increased patrols dedicated to seat belt usage. The hope is the enhanced presence will help create a stronger deterrent for those not wearing their seat belts. By increasing seat belt. enforcement, Nez Perce County aims to reduce the number of accidents and save lives.
