The Pullman Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for the father of a missing toddler.

According to a news release, the warrant for 21-year-old Aaron Aung, of Moscow, is in regard to first-degree custodial interference. Aung is reportedly in violation of a Latah County District Court parenting plan for custody of 2-year-old Seraya Aung Harmon.

The child was reported missing Tuesday afternoon after she and Aung did not appear for a custody exchange that day following a scheduled Montana fishing trip. The two had been gone since May 29 and have not returned.

Pullman and Moscow police departments are working with the Federal Bureau of Investigation to locate Seraya.

Authorities say Aung could be traveling with a former Pullman resident. 21-year-old Nadia Cole was reported missing to the Port of Seattle Police Department on May 28.

Any information about Seraya’s whereabouts may be reported to the Pullman Police Department at (509) 334-0802, or any local law enforcement agency.
