Bryan Woo remained unbeaten on the year in leading the Seattle Mariners to a 3-0 shutout win over the Oakland A’s yesterday (Thur) in Oakland.
The Seattle righthander allowed no runs on just two hits with 6 strikeouts and no walks over 6 innings. Three Mariner relievers combined on 3 innings of no-hit relief.
Mitch Garver had two hits, including a homerun and drove in two runs for the M’s.
Seattle is in Kansas City tonight (Fri) to open a three-game series against the Royals. The first pitch is scheduled for 5:10 with live coverage in the LC Valley on 95.5 FM and AM 950 KOZE and in the upper Clearwater Valley on AM 1300 KLER.
