Idaho State Controller Brandon Woolf was elected at the annual meeting of the National Association of State Auditors, Comptrollers, and Treasurers, to lead the executive committee as the president of the prestigious organization for the next year.
Woolf previously served as the National Association of State Comptrollers president from 2020-2021. According to a press release, the National Association of State Comptrollers is an organization comprised of bipartisan state leaders from around the country tasked with the financial management of state government.
The association plans and manages training and technical assistance programs, monitors and responds to federal legislation and agency developments that impact state government, and ensures the highest levels of government transparency, accountability, and integrity.
