The YWCA Lewiston-Clarkston will hold its annual Inspiring Women Brunch event focused on celebrating strength, inspiration and hope, and raising awareness about domestic violence this Friday.
The brunch will be held at the YWCA, located at 300 Main Street in Lewiston from 10:30 a.m. to noon.
Heather Rosentrater, COO and President of Avista, will be the keynote speaker. She will become CEO in January and will be the first female CEO in the company’s 135 year history. Also speaking at the event is Zenita Delva, Executive Director of CASA. She is a survivor of domestic violence and will share her personal story of resilience and strength.
The YWCA Lewiston-Clarkston provides essential support and services to women and families in the community. According to a news release, The Inspiring Women Brunch offers attendees a chance to connect, learn, and help further the YWCA’s mission, especially in addressing critical issues like domestic violence.
