A death warrant has once again been issued for Idaho prison inmate Thomas Creech.

Idaho halted Creech’s first execution attempt on February 28th after the medical team failed to find a vein to deliver the lethal injection.

The 74-year-old Creech is Idaho’s longest serving death row inmate. He was sentenced to die after being convicted of first degree murder in 1974 and according to the Associated Press, has been convicted of five murders in three states and suspected of several more. He was already serving life in prison when he beat a fellow inmate, 22-year-old David Jensen, to death in 1981.

Since Creech’s failed execution, the Idaho Department of Corrections announced it will establish a central line to deliver the lethal drugs if the medical team again struggles to find a vein.

Creech’s execution by lethal injection is scheduled to take place 9 a.m. November 13th.
