OLYMPIA, WA – Washington State Senator Liz Lovelett (D-Anacortes) and Representative Liz Berry (D-Seattle) held a press conference at the State Capitol to introduce the Recycling Reform Act (Senate Bill 5284, House Bill 1150) to improve and modernize Washington’s recycling system. Berry, the mother of two young children, collected several items from her home over the weekend that could be recycled.
