
Charlie Updegrave had a two-run double and Izzy Madariaga doubled twice and drove in one as the Lewis-Clark State baseball team beat the College of Idaho 6-4 yesterday (Mon) in Caldwell.
On the mound, Jadon Williamson picked up his first win of the season. The Warrior righthander allowed 2 runs – only one of which was earned, on six hits with 7 strikeouts over five innings. Zach Edinger qualified for his first save of the year with a third of an inning in relief.
With the win LC improved to 4-5 on the year.
The Warriors remain on the road for a four-game Cascade Conference series this weekend at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, B.C.
