A Lewiston man is facing a vehicular manslaughter charge following a January crash that killed a Reubens woman.
56-year-old Terry Cosner was also charged with aggravated DUI for allegedly causing the crash that killed 68-year-old Leanne Wyatt and injured another passenger, Jacqueline Blake-Culton. Authorities say Cosner was under the influence of methamphetamine at the time of the January 6th incident on the Old Spiral Highway outside Lewiston.
Magistrate Judge Karin Seubert entered a not guilty plea on behalf of Cosner who refused to enter a plea and bail was set for $500,000. His next court appearance has been set for March 10th.
