Royce Fisher exploded for 28 points and Parker Bogar added 13 in leading the Lewiston High School boy’s basketball team past Sandpoint 69-55 last (Thur) night to win the Idaho 5-A Inland Empire League District Championship and secure a berth into the Idaho State 5-A Tournament.
The Bengals will take a 20-4 record into the program’s first state tournament since 2017.
The tournament begins Thursday at Rocky Mountain High School in Meridian and fans will be able to listen to all Bengal games in the LC Valley on The River 105.1 FM or online, streaming free, at bengalsports.com.
