Tickets are available for the Civility Project Luncheon scheduled for Feb. 25 at Lewis-Clark State College. It starts at 11:30. Co-sponsored by Lewis-Clark State College, the Lewiston Tribune, Moscow-Pullman Daily News and Idaho’s non-partisan board for the National Institute for Civil Discourse, the event will feature former Idaho Gov. C.L. “Butch” Otter, former Congressman Walt Minnick and Bill Manny with Idaho Public Television talking about civility in today’s society.
