If you would like to participate in the Super Sale, here are some things you need to know:

Booth spaces must be prepaid, and are non-refundable.

Booth space is not confirmed until payment is received.

10 x 10 booth spaces are available at the following rates (each vendor can purchase up to 4 spaces; subject to availability and approval).  Each 10×10 space comes with one table and one chair; one additional table can be rented at check-in for $5 cash (subject to availability) or you can bring your own additional table(s).

  • $50 Private Vendor 

  • $75 In-Home Business 

  • $100 Retail Business 

Each vendor must apply for a State of Idaho Temporary Seller’s Permit, or register a current Tax ID number with the State of Idaho as a seller at the Super Sale. We’ll email the sales tax permit link. Please check your email. 

McVey Entertainment Group reserves the right to refuse booth space to anyone, and certain merchandise will not be allowed.  See specific items below.

Booth location requests are not guaranteed.

All items must be confined to your assigned booth space (no use of aisles/walkways)

Each vendor is responsible for setting up and taking down their individual booth space(s)

10×10 pop-up tents are allowed to define your space.

Check-in/set up is Friday, January 31st from 10 am to 7p inside the garage door at the west end (back) of the building.  

Tear down is Saturday from 1 to 3 pm; please do not tear your booth down early unless you have sold out.

Each registered vendor will receive 2 complimentary tickets to the Super Sale at Friday check-in

Do not leave unsold items behind.  Local nonprofit organizations will be on-site to accept your unwanted items after the sale.  By purchasing a booth space, you agree to leave your booth clean after the sale.  If you leave anything in your booth, your credit card will be charged an additional $25 cleanup fee.

Items not allowed:  (Not limited to) Guns, alcoholic beverages, prescription drugs, recreational drugs, cannabis products, CBD products, adult-rated or explicit movies, magazines, literature, signs, etc.  Food items cannot be sold in PRIVATE vendor booths; Licensed in-home businesses and retail businesses can sell packaged foods.

Knife Sales:  seller MUST check ID of the purchaser, ensuring they are 18 years or older

Doors will open to the public at 8:00 am; the event ends promptly at 1:00 pm
